Update: Reminder System Change from BoldSign to WorkHorse (WH)

Summary
The reminder system for documents has been updated. BoldSign reminders have been replaced with WorkHorse (WH) reminders.

Reason for Change
BoldSign enforces a limitation of one reminder per document per day, which restricted follow-up flexibility.

What’s New
With WH reminders, this limitation no longer applies. Users can now:

  • Send multiple reminders per document per day
  • Follow up with customers more frequently as needed
  • Improve response times and completion rates for documents
