Vendor Management Update in WorkHorse

WorkHorse now provides enhanced vendor management features, making it easier to handle billing and relationships across sites, contacts, and companies.

What’s New

  1. Assign Vendors to Billing

    • You can now assign a Vendor as billing information on invoices and estimates related to a Site.

    • This ensures that billing goes to the correct party without manually editing each record.

  2. Reusable Relationships

    • The system now remembers previously used Vendor relationships.

    • This allows you to quickly apply the same relationship to other Vendors without re-entering details.

  3. Vendor Visibility Across Records

    • Vendors are now visible on Contact and Company pages.

    • Vendor information is automatically pulled from related Sites, giving you a unified view of all associated vendors.
