Monthly Subscription
- WorkHorse Software: $350/month
- Additional Users: $25 per user
One-Time Fees
- Onboarding & Data Import: Starts at $1,000
- Includes importing data via Upload Sheets, Central Stations, or QuickBooks Online
- Unlimited, ongoing training as part of your subscription
- Custom onboarding available upon request
Transaction & Service Fees
- eAgreements: $2 per agreement
- USPS Mail Services: $1.69 per piece
- Merchant Services:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex): 2.79% + $0.25 per transaction
- ACH Payments: $0.50 per transaction
Additional Fees
- Excessive usage fees may apply for:
- eAgreements
- USPS Mailings
- SMS messages exceeding 5,000 per month
